Yes, a full mark to their good service. I originally ordered another doll, but shortly after placing my order, a new doll came into stock and I definitely wanted it. The clerk was very accommodating and allowed me to change my order since my original order had not yet been shipped to the factory. The upgrade process was very easy and went very smoothly.
